The Molesey Venture consists of a large building called 'Molesey Venture', Sundial House, the Horticultural Day Centre and Newstead House.
On arriving at The Venture the first building to be seen is Newstead House, a block of flats housing seven tenants beside the River Mole.

On the right is Sundial House, so called because of a Sundial placed high up in the outer wall. This building is home to about six men with learning disabilities.
Behind this building is the Horticultural Day Centre built on a beautiful
site of ten acres which provides a programme of horticultural training
for clients who come for the day.
